programming. Note: While a max of five registration for every 9 square meters of exhibit space is allowed, current

COVID INFORMATION
All unvaccinated registrants, or those who have selected “prefer not to answer” during the registration process, will be
required to present a negative test result within 72 hours of attending World ATM Congress. An upload link will be sent
approximately one week prior to World ATM Congress. The negative test must be uploaded before collecting your
badge onsite.

VIP VISIT INFORMATION

Due to increased security requirements based on anticipated VIPs at the World ATM Congress on Tuesday 26
October, extra security protocols will be in place. Certain security information is required as a part of your registration in
order to ensure your access to the exhibit hall on Tuesday 26 October during this VIP visit. Confirm that this
information has been provided by accessing your registration’s contact information page.
Please note: ONLY exhibitors and attendees who have pre-registered thru Thursday, 21 October will be allowed into
the exhibit hall during the VIP visit.

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made up until 20 May 2022 will incur a 10% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be
made for cancellations received after 20 May 2022 and the full registration fee will be payable. Cancellations must be
made in writing to register@worldatmcongress.org. Substitutions may be made at any time.
