7TECH Laser Cut Box Instructions 2021

1) Open the following web site:

2) It should look like the image below.

3) Download Box Plans

4) Edit Box Plans

Disable Panel labels

5) Edit Box Plans

Edit Line Values

Cut Line Width 0.003 Outside Cut Line Color #FF0000

6) Download Box plans

Download the SVG format as a Single file.
7) Save your plans safely and put your name on the file so we don’t get confused.
8) Open your Box Plans in Adobe Illustrator.

9) Select a shape outline; they should ALL highlight. This is because they are grouped.
Right-click and select ungroup from the list.

10) Using the Text Tool, add your Name to each piece
11) Add cut-out shapes; REMEMBER: #FF0000 color and 0.003mm stroke width.
3 circles (ellipse tool) with 7mm diameter. For the potentiometer knobs
 This will be the front face.
1 square (rectangle tool) with 15mm sides. For the Arduino USB port.
 The square is to be at the back corner of the box for the Arduino board to fit in with
the potentiometer knobs.
1 rectangle with 80mm x 3mm dimensions. For the Inspiration Board to be inserted.
 This will be the top face.
