the said Mother Teresa Anbu Illam Institution and supervision and authority of

Conditions:
 The discharged person shall proceed to CWC and live under the
supervision and authority of Mother Teresa Anbu Illam until the expiry
of the period of the stay in Children’s Homes or fit facility/ detention in
observation home/ special homes/ place of safety unless the remission is sooner
cancelled.

 He shall not, without the consent of the CWC remove himself from that
place or any other place, which may be named by the said Mother Teresa Anbu
Illam.

 He shall obey such instruction as he may receive from the said CWC with
regard to punctual and regular attendance at school/vocation or otherwise

 He shall not get involved in any offence and shall lead a sober and industrious
life to the satisfaction of Mother Teresa Anbu Illam

 In the event of his committing a breach of any of the above conditions the
remission of the period of stay in the Institution hereby granted shall be liable
to be cancelled and on such cancellation he/she shall be dealt with under section
97 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act 2015
