ADDENDUM TO DEBT COLLECTION ORDER TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

This addendum, dated and effective as of this __________day of ______________________, 2024, is in reference
to the Debt Collection Order Terms and Conditions/Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Original
Stated Agreement”) that was made by and between YELLOWBRICK AGENCY LTD (hereinafter
referred to as the “Collector”) and WASSWA JOSEPH BUYONDO (hereinafter referred to as the 1
“Client”) on the 9th day of January 2024.

May it be known that the undersigned parties, for good consideration, do hereby agree to make the
following additions to the Original Stated Agreement as forth below. These additions shall be made
valid as if they are included in the original stated Agreement.

A. Authorization of collector to receive payments on behalf of the client

1) The Client hereby authorizes the Collector to collect and receive on Client’s behalf any and all
forms of payments due from the debtor, the court, any authorities or any other source in relation
to their claim.
2) Payments received from debtor will be written off from the debt or any portion thereof in this
order:
i. Yellowbrick’s commission
ii. Principal amount
iii. Interest on principal amount
3) The Collector is obliged to keep collected amounts apart from its funds and to pay without delay
the recovered amounts less it’s commission to the client in accordance with Clause A (2).
B. Transfer of payments
1) Notwithstanding Clause A (3), whenever the debtor repays the debt, or any portion thereof, the
Collector shall remit the Client’s portion of the payment as agreed herein within two (2) days of
receipt of payment to the following accounts:

C. Fees and Charges
1) Any fees and charges imposed by third parties for the transfer of payments from the Collector to
the Client shall be borne by the Client.
D. Amendment: Waiver
1) No other terms or conditions of the above-mentioned contract shall be negated or changed as a
result of this here stated addendum.
