Symptom
This SAP Business One Note has been replaced by KBA 3369217 - Scheduled Report Prerequisites and will be archived soon.
When you use the SAP Business One Report Execution Scheduler to send a report, you might receive errors.
If you open the Log file under Tools → Scheduled Report Overview, you may see, for instance, the following errors:

Solution
To set up Report Scheduling properly, proceed as follows:
1. Log in to the Local Administrator account (you must be a member of the Local Administrators Group).
2. Ensure that SAP Business One Mailer works properly (check if you can send emails from SAP Business One with and without attachments).
3. Ensure that a local printer exists, and that it is set up as the default (i.e. it is not reconnected for remote sessions, PDF or MS XPS, for example).
4. Ensure that you have Full Authorization for Report Scheduling under Administration → System Initialization → Authorizations → General Authorizations.
5. Create a simple query for testing purposes: Select Top 10 DocNum from OINV.
6. Create a new report and schedule it.
To set SAP Business One Messaging Service, and run it under the Administrative Account, proceed as follows:
1. Choose Start → Settings → Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services.
2. Double-click the following service name: SAP Business One Messaging Service.
3. On the Log On tab, select the radio button This Account.
4. Choose the Browse button and select Local Administrator in the Select User window.
 5. Enter the Administrator's password in the corresponding fields.
6. Restart the service.
