- I agree to pay any fees that apply for the new plan. Please note: All students are
advised to check fees for their new plan. Information on fees can be obtained from

- I understand that my change of program will not take effect until this application
is approved by the Selection Officer and I have accepted a formal letter of offer
and successfully completed my enrolment for the new program.
- By submitting this application for change of program, I permit the University to
cancel or update my enrolment and class groups in the current program upon
approval of the program change and my acceptance of the offer for my new
program.
- I understand that I may not be eligible to have all my achieved credit points
transferred to the new program. The grades achieved may not contribute to the
GPA and award level of the new program.
- If I have been awarded a scholarship or sponsorship, I am responsible for
obtaining a letter of approval from the Registrar or my sponsor in advance. I must
notify the Admissions Office and attach the letter with this application.
- I must notify the Admissions Office if I want to cancel the change program
application after I have accepted the offer of the new program.
- I understand that RMIT collects, uses and stores my information in accordance

Connect.
- Once your application has been assessed, you will receive an assessment
outcome via your student email account.
- If you receive an offer conditional on meeting a minimum GPA/credit points, the
final outcome will be confirmed following the result release of your current
semester. If you eventually do not meet the program transfer condition(s), you will
be placed back into your previous program.
- If you are placed back into your previous program, you will need to re-select
your courses. The University is not responsible for any unavailability of your
preferred courses/class groups.
