Lighting Options

There are 5 main ways of lighting.

NATURAL LIGHT
light that enters the room from open windows or doors. Shooting can take place outdoors without
lighting fixtures. This is one of the best options for light, it perfectly masks any external flaws
in the interior or objects. The use of a sun reflector is recommended in cloudy weather.

STUDIO (FLUORESCENT)
light is the most common lighting option. To make it softer, use softboxes.

LED
‘weak’ and budget light. You can easily dim the LEDs, they’re easy to transport and deploy.

RING LIGHT
great for close-up photography, but only in one location as it’s difficult to move. In an open space,
ring light isn’t effective.

REFLECTORS
help make the light softer and softer. They can be hand-held, hinged, or floor-standing.
