Guidelines for B.Com Events:


BEST COMMERCE STUDENT
1. Individual Participation.
2. Any number of Students can participate from each college.
3. It consists of three rounds.
1. Written Test 2. Group discussion 3. Interview.
4. Written test will be in MCQ.
5. Second round will be Group discussion.
6. Third round is interview on stage

Written Test

1. Individual Participation
2. Questions will be based on overall subject of the course.
3. The duration of the round will be 20 minutes.
4. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
5. The toppers will advance to the next round.

Group Discussion

❖ Topic will be given 10 minutes before the session

Final Round

❖ Interview
❖ The short listed participants should bring their 4 copies of Resume, which is
mandatory.
COMMERCE QUIZ
1. Team participation
2. A team must consist of 3 members.
3. Any number of teams can participate from each college.
4. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes
5. It consists of two rounds: 1.Written Test 2. Final Round.
6. Written Test will be in MCQ.
7. FourTeams will be short listed for final round.
8. Final Round consists of 4 Sub-Rounds.

❖ Round 4 : Rapid Fire Round
BOSS OF BALANCE SHEET
Written Test

1. Individual Participation
2. Questions will be based on Accounting subject.
3. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes.
4. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
5. The toppers will advance to the next round.

Final Round
1. 15 transactions will be given, along with adjustments, based on that you should
prepare Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance and Final Accounts.
2. Allotted time is 1 hour 30 minutes.
3. This test consists of 50 marks. (Journal-10, Ledger-10, Trial Balance-10, Final
Accounts- 20)

BEST DECISION MAKERS


1. Team participation
2. Team size is of 3 members
3. Two rounds 1, Written Test, 2. Case Study and its Presentation.

Written Test

1. Questions will be based on Cost and Management Accounting topics.


2. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes.
3. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
4. The toppers will advance to the next round
Final Round
1. A Case on Cost and Management Accounting will be given to the students to
be solved.
2. One hour time will be given to solve the Case.
3. Case Study Presentation in front of the judges.

Guidelines for BBA Events:

3. It consists of three rounds.

6. Third round is Stress interview - On Stage

BUSINESS PLAN
1. Team participation
2. A team must consist of 3 -5 members
3. Two rounds 1, Written Test, 2. Business Plan Preparation and Presentation.

Written Test
1. Team Participation
2. Questions will be based on Business related subjects
3. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes.
4. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
5. The toppers will advance to the next round
Final Round
1. Participants selected for final round will be given a theme, based on which they
need to prepare the chart and the same is to be presented.
2. One hour time will be given to participants to prepare Business Plan.
3. Presentation of the business plan execution is to be done along with
advertisement infront of the judges.

AD-MANIA
1. Group event (3 members in a team).
2. Vulgarity or offensive terms may lead to disqualification.
3. Time given is 5 minutes (2min for video & 3min for oral presentation) for the
performance.
Rules:

2. A team should consist 4 members.
3. Any number of teams can participate from each college
4. Theme: T20 World Cup

INFORMAL EVENT GUIDELINES
GROUP DANCE
1. Two teams can participate from each college.
2. Each team may have 4 to 5 Members
3. Time limit is 3 minutes for each performance, negative marking for exceeding the
time limit.
4. Choice of songs is open to the participants.
5. The participants will be judged on the basis of their rhythm, formation,
synchronization, expressions, and costumes, makeup, setup and overall effects.
6. Decision of the judges will be final.

SPOT DANCE
1. Individual Participation.
2. Two students can Participate from each college
3. Song will be played on the spot and the Participant has to dance
accordingly.
4. Last date for registration is 28th March, 2024

SHORT FILM MAKING


1. Team Participation.
2. Two teams can Participate from each college
3. Each team may have 3 to 5 Members
4. Short film prepared by the team should be send via email.

SLOW BIKE RACE


1. Individual Participation
2. Riders must wear helmets and ride a standard2-wheel bicycle.2.
3. Riders must stay in their lane and cannot gobackwards.3.
4. Riders cannot touch the ground with their feet oranything else on their person
or bicycle.4725
5. Any rider who goes backward, rides out of thelane or touches the ground is disqualified
6. Last one across the finish line wins
7. First Prize will be awarded to the Last PlaceWinner
MEME CONTEST
1. Individual Participation
2. Theme: College Life
3. MEME photo should be in JPEG PNG, JPG format only.
4. Participants should submit their MEME by 28th March, 2024, through WhatsApp.:

FASHION SHOW (DUET)


1. The theme for the event will be: Duet.
2. A team can have 2 members.
3. Performance will be judged on costumes, theme, walking stance, and attitude.
4. Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
5. All costumes are permitted, which maintain decency including original costumes &
fashion designs.
6. Purchased, professionally made, or rented costumes are permitted.

PHOTOGRAPHY
1. Individual Participation
2. Theme: City Life
3. Photo should be captured along with GPS location and share it with us with a caption.
4. Photo should be in JPEG PNG, JPG format only.
5. Participants should submit their Photograph by 28th March, 2024, through WhatsApp.:

6. Participant can submit only one Photograph.
7. No offensive content & it should be unique.

IPL BIDDING
Written Test

1. Each team must have 3 members


2. Questions will be based on past IPL matches.
3. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes.
4. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
5. The top six teams will advance to the next round

Final Round

Rules:

The Selection must be made keeping in mind the following requisites:

1. Each team will be given Rs. 1 Crore virtual amount


2. Each team should bid for 11 players only
3. Each cricket team should consist of
❖ 4 Batsman
❖ 4 Bowlers
❖ 2 All-Rounder
❖ 1 Wicket Keeper
4. Any team, selecting players exceeding the limit will be disqualified.
5. Minimum 4 foreign players must be picked. The team with less than 4 or more 4 foreign
players will be disqualified.
6. Any team that exhausts its funds without completing the player's criterion will be
disqualified.
7. From each team, there must be a participant who will be acting as the "Spokesperson
and must be available throughout the event”.
8. Team will get disqualified if they choose more than the listed players.
9. Coordinators can change the rule depending upon the situation.
10. Winner will be selected based on the credit points earned by a team.

TREASURE HUNT
Written Test

1. Individual Participation
2. Questions will be based on general knowledge.
3. The duration of the round will be 15 minutes.
4. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
5. The top 10 participants will advance to the next round

Final Round

1. Individual Participation
2. The goal of the game is to lead the seekers through a set of clues that takes them from
place to place to find a treasure
3. The “participant” need to read each clue they find and figure out the next location
4. Selection ratio: 10:5:3:1
