3. Vehicle Registration (STNK) renewal along the FSL period.
4. 24-hours Hotline Assistance including Towing & Breakdown Service
5. Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
● Partial Loss Coverage (Own Risk: IDR 300,000)
● Total Loss Coverage (Own Risk: 1-mo Subscription Fee)
● Third Party Liability up to IDR 100 mio (Own Risk: IDR 300,000)
● Riot, Flood, Earthquake, Terrorism, Sabotage (Own Risk: IDR 500,000)
● Personal Accident for Driver up to IDR 10 mio
● Personal Accident for Passenger up to @ IDR 10 mio
6. Replacement Car (max. 5 days/year)

● Income Statement (min 1 year - latest) ● Trade Business License from Ministry of Trade andIndustrial or related ministry (SIUP)
● Account Statement (min 3 months - latest) ● Tax ID (NPWP)
● Article of Association (AoA) ● National ID (KTP) - contract signer
● Business Registration License (TDP)
2. Vehicle Purchase Penalty shall be charged for cancellation after you order to TAF by this sheet with confirmation signature
3. For accounting treatment of lease transaction, please confirm with your accounting team.
4. For cancellation before contract ends, penalty will apply (25% of total rest of unpaid Subscription Fee)
