Abstract
Introduction
Apart from the stages in performance management, there are several factors
that can help organizations improve their performance through effective
performance management. First, a good leadership style can help improve
organizational performance. A good leadership style is a leadership style that can
inspire and motivate employees to work well. A good leadership style can also help
build a positive organizational culture.
Research methods
This literature study analysis provides a solid theoretical basis for designing
a research framework and detailing the factors that can influence organizational
performance. In compiling a theoretical basis, this research considers various
theoretical perspectives such as motivation theory, organizational theory, and
human resource management theory to present a comprehensive view.
Apart from that, effective performance management can also help improve
communication between management and employees. Effective communication
can help improve employee performance and ensure that all employees understand
the organization's goals and vision. Effective communication can also help resolve
problems and increase collaboration between employees.
