 Terms & Conditions
▪ Above rates are per room, per night and Including of Taxes such as 5% Municipality tax and 15%.
▪ Rates are in Saudi Riyals.
▪ Meals will be served as per hotel Restaurant Set up.
▪ Above rates are excluding of Maqam fees and OTA’s commissions.
▪ International Package will Include International meals, Far Eastern package will include Far Eastern meal.
▪ All bookings through maqam are non-refundable.
▪ Booking will be released automatically if the deadline not met or rooming list not received on time.
▪ Rates are subject to the hotel availability.
▪ These rates not are applicable for locals & Residents in Saudi Arabia.
▪ Rooming list, arrival and departure schedule and meals plan should be received by hotel two weeks
prior to group arrival.
▪ Booking will be released automatically if the deadline not met or rooming list not
received on time.
▪ All payments should be in Saudi Riyals.
▪ Non-guaranteed booking will be released automatically reconfirmation will be subject to
availability.
▪ Any amendment or cancellations are not acceptable and No Show fees to be charged (Full Package) if
written notification received less than three weeks prior to group arrival & Full period with package if less
than two weeks.
▪ Hotel has right to change the rates without prior notice unless reservation done with full payment.
▪ All above rates are quoted in this agreement are strictly to be distributed through wholesale channels
only.
▪ All information contained in this agreement is private and confidential and may not be disclosed to Third
parties for whatever reason or purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, if the rates contracted herein are
offered, sold, or made available to any party without the prior written consent of the hotel.

 Children & Family Policy:

• Children up to 6-year-old sharing parent’s room are free of charge based on same meal plan with a
maximum.of two children without adding extra beds.

• Children between 6 & 12 years of age sharing same room will be charged 50% for meals
with free.accommodation without adding extra beds.

• Children 12 years old and above will be considered an adult and full charge will be applied as per offered
rates.

Check In & Check Out Timing – Late C/Out Policy,

• Check-in Time starting from 16:00 Hrs. and check-out time 12:00 Noon.
• Early check-in should be booked from the previous night. Late check-out should be booked
including the following night and subject to hotel availability.
• Requests for any late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel. the hotel shall charge 50% of the
contracted room rate for any check-out from 12.00 noon until 18.00 hrs. and the full contracted room
rate for anycheck-out at or after 18:00 hrs. (Local time)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy,

▪ No Show charges: Any No Show will be applied full period charges with full package price.
▪ Free Cancellation acceptable 14 Days prior to arrival date during the Low Season.
▪ Free Cancellation acceptable 21 Days prior to arrival date during the Hight Season.
▪ In case of Failure to send a written cancellation of above-mentioned time frame the entire stay will be
Charged accordingly.
▪ Hotel has the right to charge the whole entire full stay according to the hotel occupancy situation.

Billing & Payment:

▪ All bookings must be paid and guaranteed in advance.

▪ Payments should be not received within the permitted period; the hotel will have the right to
cancel the booking and the entire agreements without prior notice.
▪ Copy of Bank transfer/remittance to be sent to the hotel to follow up with our bank.
