Hereby Mr.Josef Lamert born in Lisbon Portugal on 3rd March 1956 and resident in Lisbon in Av da
Liberdade 153 2° 1050-078 Passport n° N6558475 and shareholder of KENT PHARMA SA Portugal
with VAT 509732456 (henceforth depositor) and Dr. Mahmoud Hussein Baialla company owner of
PYSCAL MEDICA L.LC, P.O.BOX:659, Damascus- Syria. Tel Num: 00963-11-68347 agree on the
following :

Supply of logistics services, storage and storage of goods.

1. The company KENTAR PHARMA SA undertakes to provide the freight logistics service.
2. The compensation will be paid in advance by bank transfer. In case of delay, the annual default
interest equal to the official discount rate will be due.
3. The costs necessary for the conservation of the property are understood to be included in the
remuneration agreed in clause 2) of this deposit agreement, except for the advance costs on behalf of
the depositor, which will be reimbursed upon presentation of the relative documentation.
4. The contract will have a duration of one year starting from the delivery date and ending at 28
february 2021 intended as a term in favor of the depositing party.
5. The depositary party undertakes not to use the deposited assets, nor to give them on deposit to
others.
6. The depositary remains liable towards the depositor for any damage that may occur to the assets,
which are delivered in normal state of wear.
7. The withdrawal of the goods, in any case, frees the depositary from any responsibility regarding
the state and consistency of the goods themselves.
8. For all disputes regarding the interpretation and execution of this contract, the Court of Lisbon
Portugal will have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. For anything not covered by this contract, the applicable laws will apply.
