LOAN AGREEMENT

In accordance with Article 75/125 of the Commercial Code of the French Constitution,
creditor JEAN LAURENT BONNAFE is entered in the register of creditors of the Supreme
Court of France, number 002149/0197 and
chronological number 0821 international creditors. However, he wishes to enter into a
legal loan agreement with KHAO CHANTHAMALY through me, thanks to the powers
granted to him in relation to the loans, and in particular the terms of this agreement.

Article 1:
This agreement was concluded on February 12, 2021 between the two parties,Mr. JEAN
LAURENT BONNAFE (17 rue Montbrun 75014 Paris, France) and the borrower Ms. KHAO
CHANTHAMALY (Laos). Regarding reciprocal promises, the borrower admits that she requested
a loan of 70,000$ from Mr. JEAN LAURENT BONNAFE in accordance with the agreed terms.

Article 2:
Mr. JEAN LAURENT BONNAFE, the lender confirms that this is a legal document in which
Ms. KHAO CHANTHAMALY requested a loan of 70,000$ for a repayment period of 250
months at a simple annual interest rate of 5% throughout the credit repayment period.
The monthly payment is 294$, and payment will start on May 31, 2021 after receipt of
the loan in your account.
Article 3:
Thanks to our financial service BNP Paribas Bank, the transfer of an amount of 70,000$ will
be made successfully to the beneficiary's account number after the signing of this loan
contract by the latter and after the last verifications concerning the paperwork.
The beneficiary will have to subscribe to an insurance contract with an insurance
company and comply with the requirements of the transfer of money to his account.

Article 4:
After signing and formalizing the loan contract, the court will officially recognize that
Mr. JEAN LAURENT BONNAFE is the creditor and Ms. KHAO CHANTHAMALY, Laotian
citizen, is in commercial cooperation for a loan of 70,000$.

by the coURTs

All disputes that may arise as a result of the execution and interpretation of the
contract will be submitted to the arbitration order of the notary PAJOT JEAN GUY.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this agreement shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
