I, Simon Pointer on the basis of a power of attorney, I am a representative of the Swiss company
PHARMAT Ltd, with an office in Switzerland at the address CH-6368 Starod, Unerw 6.

Our company in May of the month of 2019 (05/10/2019) sent BERTON cargo in the amount of 3 kg by
air GT 7942/13 from CH / Zurich to our customer Sia “Auralife” (reg.nr .: BU449866053159).

To transport our cargo, we used the services of the logistics company “RHEAU Logistics AG”.

Until today, our buyer has not paid us for the goods. Therefore, we have decided to move the goods
to another buyer.

We ask you to give the procedure for submitting documents for sending Our cargo to another client
in Transit mode.

We also ask you to provide Invoices to pay for the Cargo storage service from May of the month of
2019 to the present.

We are writing to you from a new email, since we have changed the server of the company due to
the probability of hacking our previous “domain”.
