In term of interests,The percentage of Australian teenagers in both genders watching TV or videos is

equal,at 100%.While electronic or computer games are much more prefered by boys than girls,at slightly
over 80% and 60% respectively.Likewise,bike riding also attracts boys than girls in their free time,the
participation in this activity for boys is nearly 80%,while the figure for girls is only under 60%.

Regarding the graph, Around 40% of boys from five to forteen years old enjoy skateboarding or
rollerblading,whereas the proportion of girls at this age is only a little more than 20%.By contrast,the
figure for girls who spending their leisure time on art and craft is greater than boys at the same
activity,at under 60% and approximately 35% respectively.

Some people think that it is best to live in a horizontal city whiles others think of
a vertical city
Some people believe that living in a horizontal city is the best,while the opponents of this idea are
forwarding to settle in a vertical city.While there are benefits for residents to live in a city that includes
low-rise buildings, I would argue that cities with skyscrapers and high-rise construction offer more
advantages.
On the one hand, it is beneficial for residents to locate in a horizontal city because of its
advantages.Firstly, People may not have to pay for any construction services.If a person lives in a private
house,they won’t take any charge for fees of parking or any other that may save them a great deal of
money.Secondly,it is safer for inhabitants to avoid from some urgent situations.For example,people can
quickly move away from dangerous areas when there is a fire stemming from their house because the
building is not too high to leave out or in the worst scenario,if someone cannot escape from their
house,it is not too difficult for firefighters to help them out.

On the other hand, putting asside some issues of safety or fees for service,there are lots of reasons
make me feel that living in a vertical city is the best choice.A great amount of land is saved when
skyscrapers are constructed in the city.For instance,a building with 100 floors in an area will generate
100 apartments for 100 households instead of only one house and one family.This is especially
important when social movement from rural areas to big cities occurs due to urbanization and
industrialization in developing countries.In particular,currently a series of smart apartments originated
from big enterprises are followed by other services and utilities.It is very easy to come across several
flats with a lot of modern features and right below are shopping malls that help people there more
convinient and relax.

In conclusion,while living in a horizontal city is advantageous,it seems to me that life in a city which has
skyscrapers is the best choice because of its benefits.
