For Safety for Toys as per IS: 9873 (Part 2/1999
Test Chamber Movement of Air will be less than
for 0.2m/s at the start of test and will not
conditioning get affected by reduction in level of
oxygen concentration in open-fronted
chamber if supplied. Will maintain the
temperature at 10 to 30°C and
resistive Humidity of 15% to 80%
Burner A suitable Burner as per ISO
6941/2003 will be provided along with
fixing arrangement for movement of
burner at any angle especially at 45°.
The Height of Flame of burner will also
be adjustable from least upto 80 mm
and will be measurable.
Gauges Gauge arrangement will also be
provided for checking of flame height
from burner and distance between
sample and burner
Holding Holding attachments will be provided
Attachment as per IS: 9873 Part 2 Cl.5.4.2 Fog. 1.
All the attachment will be durable,
rigid metals with rust proof and
friendly to hold the specimens without
causing any damage, bending or
distortion of test specimen .

Prices Prices are ex-works, Delhi. Freight, Bank charges, octroi & other
incidental expenses shall be extra at accruals to your account.
Packing & Packing & Forwarding @3% extra.
Forwarding
Insurance As actual extra.
Payment 100% payment within 15 day of Delivery.

Sales Tax G.S.T. @ 18% or as applicable at the time of Delivery.

Delivery 6 – 8 weeks after we receive a technically and commercially clear
order.
Warranty All equipments are warranted against manufacturing defects &
workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of delivery within
normal operating conditions, as specified for the particular
equipment.
Validity 90 Days from date & subject to confirmation in writing thereafter.
Dispatch For outstation dispatches, mode of dispatch to be intimated and
road permit, if any, to be provided along with the purchase order.
For local delivery within Delhi, material will have to be collected
from our works
Specification Specifications are subject to revision without prior notice for the
custom built equipment
Cancellation Orders are not subject to cancellation. Advance if any will be
forfeited without prejudice
Installation If required, first class to & fro travel fare & lodging / boarding will
be borne by the customer / Party.
Calibration Where applicable, Calibration certificate from recognized test
Laboratory can be provided. Calibration charges will be extra as
prevailing at the time of calibration. Time required for calibration
will depend on concerned laboratory & the equipment / instrument
to be calibrated. Please confirm in writing before placing order
Inspection Equipment may be inspected at our works before dispatch, with
prior appointment
Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only. All our offers
are subject to ‘Force Majuro’ clause
