REFRESHING LEMONADE

Ingredients: Refreshing Lemonade
½ kilo of fresh lemon
2 tbsp. of sugar
Crushed ice
Procedure: Refreshing Lemonade
1. Gather Ingredients:
- Freshly squeezed lemons
- Pure cane sugar
- Ice-cold water
2. Prepare Lemon Juice:
- Squeeze enough lemons to yield desired juice amount.
- Strain the juice to remove pulp and seeds.
3. Create Simple Syrup:
- In a saucepan, dissolve sugar in equal parts hot water to create a simple syrup.
- Allow the syrup to cool.
4. Mix Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup:
- Combine the fresh lemon juice with the cooled simple syrup in a pitcher.
5. Add Water:
- Pour ice-cold water into the pitcher, adjusting to achieve your preferred tartness.
6. Stir Well:
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly to ensure a balanced flavor.
7. Chill:
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill the lemonade.

Nutritious Snack: BANANA PANCAKE
A delicious pancake made using banana as a primary flavor with designs
made using some kinds of fruits such as apple and orange. It also has strawberry
syrup for kids for them to enjoy dipping their banana flavored pancake.
BANANA PANCAKE
Ingredients:
2 cup cake flour
7 pcs. Crushed banana
1 ½ cup of fresh milk
2 eggs
½ cup of butter

Procedure: Banana Split Pancake


1. Put the 3 cups of flour in a bowl
2. Pour 1 and ½ cup of fresh milk
3. Add 2 pcs of egg
4. Add the crushed banana into the mixture
5. Mix all the combined ingredients until it reaches the desired consistency
6. Prepare the pan and brush it with a 1tbsp. of oil in a medium-high heat
7. If oil is hot enough, pour ⅛ cup of batter unto heated pan
8. When edges look dry, turn pancakes over and cook until golden brown
9. After cooking, serve it in a plate and add designs using oranges and apples
10. Serve it with strawberry syrup
PAPRIKA-KISSED CHICKEN
Ingeredients:
1 kg chicken
3 tbsp. paprika powder
2 tbsp. black pepper powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tbsp. sugar
500 ml water

Procedure
1. In a boiling water, put the sliced chicken and simmer for 5 minutes
2. After 5 minutes, add the paprika, pepper powder, salt, and sliced garlic
3. Simmer for another 15 minutes
4. After 15 minutes, add soy sauce and sugar
5. Wait till the sauce reduces then season according to taste
