Dry ingredients wet ingredients


*10 grams instant yeast *60 grams of eggs

*60 grams of sugar *300 grams of evaporated

*10 grams of salt *60 grams of melted butter

*600 grams of bread flour

Procedures:

1. Combine dry ingredients, bread flour, instant yeast, sugar and salt.

2. Combine wet ingredients, warm milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter.

3. Mix dry and wet using modified straight dough method.

4. Knead.

5. Ferment for 30 minutes.

6. Punch to remove extra air.

7. Scale.

8. Round.

9. Rest for 10 minutes.

10. Make up panning.

11. Proof for 1 hour and after washing with mixture of egg and milk.
