10 safety features
Fall Safety:- When rope fails, Governor
speed increases and Car frame brake shoe
applies automatically on both sides. If brake
fails then car lands into pit spring buffer
safety.
Overload Safety:- Overload protector fitted
with rope gives signal to control panel that
the car is overloaded and it prevents car
movement until load is less than the set
limit.
Over Speed Safety:- Limit switch fitted with
governor prevent travel of car in both
direction when car speed increases over a
specified set limit.
Over Travel Safety:- Limit switch fitted with
car gate is provided to protect movement of
car above top-most level over a specified set
limit.

Brake Safety: Electro-magnetic brake is provided
for smooth stoppage of the lift at every landing
position. Manual brake release lever is also
provided for car landing in emergency situation of
power failure.
Landing Safety: - V3F drive is provide for smooth
landing of car at every level and prevent sudden
shocks during landing.

Power Failure Safety: - Landing is ensured in the

nearest floor even in case of power failure with
the help of Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) which
have battery back-up.
10 safety features
Door Safety:- Electro-magnetic locks are
provided for landing door so that door cannot
be opened when car is not present in that
floor. Also while car running, car door cannot
be open.
Electrical Safety: - Control panel and other
electrical equipment are protected from
overload with the help of Single phase
preventer and phase sequence reversal.
Fire Safety: - Toggle switch with glass cover is
provided on the ground floor landing for fire
safety which when activated will call the car in
the ground level automatically and open the
door for evacuation.
