1. Most supermarket managers would like to know if household expenditure on food would
increase if incomes increase. Summary statistics are provided below for an econometric
model that shows household food expenditure as a function of household income. The
dependent variable is weekly household food expenditure in Malawi Kwacha (MK), and
the explanatory variable is weekly household income. This is collected from a sample of
forty households.

f. Construct an ANOVA Table including the F-value. (20 marks)
