Standards for changing hydraulic oil 79A-851-1270 BOTTLE SAMPLER

Change the hydraulic oil immediately if it exceeds
NAS11. If the oil reaches NAS11 within a short time
after it is changed, check for entry of dirt from out-
side, and change the oil again after investigating
the cause.
If the NAS level rises within a short time after the oil
is changed, there is probably only an increase in
the amount of dirt, so it is possible to cleaning the
oil with the cleaning device and use the oil again.

the oil inside the sampler to the checker assembly

How to use
1) Connect a handy hot plate to the battery (12V) of
a service-car, etc. to be measured with a cord
and turn on a switch. Then, a red lamp on the hot
plate will come on.
2) In several minutes, a green lamp will come on,
indicating that the oil can be checked to see if
water is in the oil.
3) Let a few drops of the oil fall onto the hot plate,
using a gauge rod or the like.
4) When no air bubbles are formed, it indicates that

Procedure
1)Remove the blind plug of check port with wrench
24 to 25.
(Apply only to PT 1/8 and NPTF 1/8 blind plugs)

elbow (13 - 15, 22) fit for port size and port periph-
eral space, and install to the port.
3) Install nipple (8) to the above nipple.
!When port size is PT 1/8, it can be installed to
nipple (8) directly.
4) Select hose (6) or (7) fit for peripheral space, in-

stall the hose female side coupling to the nipple
(8).
!The coupling is connected automatically only by
pushing to the nipple. When separating, only
pull the coupling end mouth ring by hand.
5) After confirming that POWER and P.HOLD

switches of hydraulic gauge (5) are OFF , con-
nect above hose (6) or (7).
!Before connecting, turn power switch to ON
and adjust display to 0 according to "Instruction
Manual of Digital Pressure Gauge".

6) Turn POWER switch of hydraulic gauge (5) to

ON and measure hydraulic pressure.
✳ When checking pressure peak value, continue
to Push P.HOLD button.
When clearing the peak value, continue to push
P.CLEAR button.

For analog type
If the machine already has "quick coupler" nipples:
(1)Remove the protective caps from the nipples.
(2)Select a gauge capable of with standing pres-
sures well above the rated value being measured.
Remove the protective cap from the lower part.
(3)Attach the gauge using the "quick coupler"
nipples.
If there is not enough space to attach the gauge
directly in a position where the dial is not readily
visible, use the hose provided.
If the machine does not have "quick coupler" nipples:
(1)Remove the blind plug provided on the machine.
(2)Replace with the "quick coupler" nipple provided
with the tester.
(3)Continue, using the previously given procedure.

How to use blank flange

The parts such as flanges (26 - 30), bolts (31 - 34)
and O-rings (35 - 38) are used to blind the hydraulic
circuit between control valve and hydraulic cylinder,
when measuring oil pressure of hydraulic cylinder
with piston valve as shown in right figure P portion.

1) Split flange
Insert blind flange (28) or (29) between the mount-
ing faces of the flange of the return pipe of the
hydraulic cylinder and clamp with bolt (33) or (34).
Fit O-ring (37) or (38) when setting the blank
flange as illustrated.
2) Flanges other than the split flange

Using blind flange (30), block the coupling face
of the flange where oil from the control valve en-
ters the hydraulic oil filter.
At this time, the component parts should be as-
sembled so that the finish face of the blank flange
is in contact with the O-ring at the end of the tube.
3) When a pressure outlet port is not provided

When pressure outlet flange (26) or (27) is in-
serted between the coupling faces of the flange
and clamped with bolt (31 ) or (32), pressure can
be picked up by using the PT1/8 thread of the
pressure outlet flange. Fit O-ring (35) or (36) when
setting the pressure outlet flange.

How to use:
1. Use tool (7) to remove the solenoid valve from the
ECMV assembly.
2. Assemble the valve assembly as shown above.
To do so, use either spacer (2), (3) or (4), depend-
ing on the clutch section to be measured.
Note: When measuring the ECMV hydraulic
