3. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE?


-Regular exercise makes the heart stronger and the lungs fitter, enabling the cardiovascular
system to deliver more oxygen to the body with every heartbeat and the pulmonary system to
increase the maximum amount of oxygen that the lungs can take in. Being physically active can
improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and
muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
