Introduce the importance of flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular

exercise
Flexibility
Flexibility is one of the most essential elements of physical fitness which is often
ignored. Without flexibility, the muscles and joints would become stiff, and limited
movement. Flexibility training ensures your body can move with no pain or stiffness
through its entire range of motion.
Muscular Strength
Muscle strength helps you keep your body weight safe by consuming calories
and increasing your body composition, which is the ratio of fat and muscle. Building
strength can also boost the levels of mood and energy while encouraging healthy sleep
patterns. This will boost confidence, provide a sense of accomplishment and allow you
to add to your fitness routine more challenging or strenuous activities.
Cardiovascular Exercise
Improving cardiovascular fitness can reduce your risk of developing heart
disease by making your heart , lungs and blood vessels more efficient. The easier your
body pumps blood, the less taxing it is on your heart. The contracting power of your
muscle, the elasticity of your blood vessels and the capacity of your blood for carrying
oxygen all increase if cardiovascular exercise is done effectively. Cardiovascular activity
also helps maintain a balanced body composition. Aerobic and anaerobic exercise
leads to a healthy Caloric burn particularly at higher intensities.
