A) Ingredients and Tools
1) Ingredients :
- 1 ½ cups wheat flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
2). Tools :
- Large bowl
- Whisk or mixing spoon
- Non-stick skillet
- Vegetable spoon
- Spatula
B) Steps
1) Firstly, prepare all required materialis and tools.
2) In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and
salt. Mix well using a whisk or spoon.
3) Add the milk to the bowl of dry Ingredients and stir to combine.
4) Crack the egg into the bowl and add the melted butter. Mix all the Ingredients
evenly to form a soft, thick barter.
5) Next, heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter to prevent
the barter from sticking.
6) Then, take a ladle of pancake barter and pour it into the pan. Let the barter
spread evenly and form a circle.
7) Let the pancakes cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottom is
browned. About 2-3 minute
8) Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook the other side until fully cooked.
About 1-2 minutes.
9) Remove the chocolate pancakes from the pan and place on a plate.

maple syrup, fresh fruit pieces, or whipped cream.

C) Tips :
1) Make sure all ingredients are well mixed so that the chocolate pancakes have a
fluffy texture.
2) Use a non stick pan and add a little butter each time to prevent the batter from
sticking.
3) Do not flip the pancakes too often while cooking to keep them soft and not
hard.
4) If the batter is too thick, add a little milk. If it's too thin, add a little flour.
