Standardization can be defined as a framework of rules to which all the organizations, industries,
companies need to be followed for the production of goods they developed and maintain the
quality and standards according to the standardization defined. By applying the standardization
to goods, the quality can be maintained, and the goods can be compared according to the defined
standards
In manufacturing, standards help organizations develop, manufacture, and supply goods and
services in a more efficient, safer, and sustainable way.
