shall be protected, including for purposes of advocacy and community formation.

**Article 5: Right to Personal Safety and Protection**


All individuals shall be protected from violence, harassment, and hate crimes based
on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

The privacy of individuals, including their sexual orientation and gender identity, shall
be respected and protected.

**Article 7: Access to Justice**


Every person shall have equal access to justice and effective remedies for violations
of their rights related to sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

Individuals shall have access to healthcare services that are respectful,
