Evaluation Criteria for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.

) 5th year Dissertation

The students’ performance will be monitored by the Faculty Guide at regular intervals.

Evaluation will be done at various stages by examiners as recommended by Kirit P. Mehta


School of Law as per the following table containing the phases, schedule and weightage:

Presentation and Viva-Voce 40 Marks

1) Synopsis will be evaluated by the guide (internal) as appointed by Kirit P. Mehta School
of Law.

2) Dissertation will be evaluated by the guide (internal). However, a copy of dissertation


will be given to External Expert who will refer to it during viva.

3) Viva Voce / Presentation will be conducted by one external examiner as appointed by


Kirit P. Mehta School of Law. Internal guide may be present during such viva.

4) The Criteria for evaluating the Synopsis will be as follows:
