May apply for renewal of accreditation with the previous legal identity. b. If there will be an adverse action as per NABL 216, then those labs will be treated as fresh/new lab when they are reapplying for accreditation. c. If there will be any change in the name or transfer, then it will be treated as fresh/new lab. d. If the lab has not submitted the renewal application before expiry, then it will be treated as fresh/new lab when they are reapplying for accreditation.
