Writing (pp. 16–17)

Dear Diary

Today I went on a class trip to Sai Kung Country Park with my Geography class. We did
a lot of fun things.

First, we took some photos of wildlife. It was difficult to take photos of the birds
because when they heard us, they flew up to the treetops! We also took pictures of some
interesting insects.

Then, we looked at the different types of trees in the country park. We collected some
leaves from the low branches and compared the bark of the trees.

For lunch, we had a picnic of sandwiches and fruit on a beach. It was a delicious and
healthy lunch!

Overall, I really enjoyed the class trip, and I learnt a lot about the trees and wildlife in
Sai Kung Country Park.
