INTRODUCTION

It is impossible to overestimate the significance of cybersecurity in today's hyperconnected

world. Organizations and individuals are increasingly at danger from cyber threats because to the rapid
growth of technology and the pervasiveness of the internet. There has never been a more pressing need
for efficient cybersecurity procedures and qualified professionals to counter these threats. This urgent
issue is intended to be addressed by the capstone project, "CyberCrisis: A Cybersecurity Game," which
will provide an engaging and instructive gaming environment with a cybersecurity theme. This initiative
offers a cutting-edge method for training and spreading awareness about this important topic by fusing
the strength of interactive games with the educational component of cybersecurity. "CyberCrisis" puts
players in the roles of cybersecurity specialists by simulating real-world cyber threats and obstacles. By
taking on these roles, players will put in situations where they must identify and mitigate network
breaches, stop data theft, and thwart complex hacking attempts. The game uses gamification techniques
to engage players and motivate them to make wise decisions and hone their critical thinking abilities in a
fun and active setting. "CyberCrisis" gives players the chance to investigate the intricate world of
cybersecurity through a blend of engrossing storytelling, immersive gaming elements, and cutting-edge
technology. Players will develop a deeper grasp of the dangers posed by cyber threats and the
techniques used to protect digital assets by directly experiencing the effects of their choices. The need
of protecting digital systems and networks grows as society depends more and more on technology. The
overview of the target market is the grade 12 senior high school students that ranges 16 to 19 years old
from Juan Sumulong Memorial Junior College. By creating "CyberCrisis," this capstone project hopes to
support ongoing efforts to improve cybersecurity safeguards, empower people, and raise a new
generation of cybersecurity experts capable of protecting our digital future.
