Shamar’s Construction is a company that provides various services in constructing a building.


Our goal and focus are to provide clients with the right work team so that designing, building,
remodeling, and interior and exterior designing are made easy and efficient. The start-up of this
business will require a loan from Jamaica's National Commercial Bank as funding is needed. 11
million dollars is the ideal loan as we want to have steady equipment and a good work team to
provide a high standard of services to clients. This $11 million will be towards the first branch of
the company. Upon success and repaying the loan, profits will be put towards spreading the
company island-wide. We project an estimated $30 million profit by the end of the first year and
upon steady continuation, $150 million should be in our grasp in 5 years. The loan should be
paid back completely by the 1st year under its conditions such as interest, etc.

The three owners of this business are full-time businessmen and investors, with the common goal
of making high-standard building figures for clients. They are exceptional young businessmen
and promise to maximize the potential of this uprising company.

History of company
Shamar’s Construction is a construction company that began operation in the years of 2019 &
continues Shamar Smith is the owner of this company. They got their license through the Parish
Council in late 2018 and moved on with further business planning that the business would start
in January 2019. Shamar was a high school student and through studying construction and
business together, he came up with this idea.

designers, and contractors.
