5.4 Emergency case reaction

(1) If someone gets an electric shock, immediately cut off the power supply and give first aid;

(2) When the charging pile causes a fire due to electrical failure or other reasons, please follow the
steps below:

(3) Quickly cut off the main power supply. When it is difficult or impossible for the electrical switch to cut
off the power supply, the power supply can be cut off at the upper-level substation. In this way,
when the power supply is affected in a large range, or when the power supply of the pole-mounted
transformer station in the living area is to be used, it is sometimes necessary to cut off the power
supply by cutting the electrical circuit. If you need to cut the line with the voltage to ground below
250V, you can wear insulating boots and insulating gloves, and cut the wire with a power cut. The
place where the power is cut off should be selected appropriately, and the cut position should be
near the support in the direction of the power supply, that is, in the direction of the incoming call, to
prevent the wire from falling to the ground after being cut and causing a grounding short circuit and
electric shock. Non-in-phase wires for three-phase lines should be cut at different locations. When
cutting the twisted twisted strands, it is necessary to prevent more than two strands from being cut
together, otherwise it will cause a short circuit accident;

(4) Charged fire extinguishing agent should be used for live fire extinguishing, such as carbon dioxide,
carbon tetrachloride, difluoro-chloro-bromo-monomethane (referred to as 2111),
dioxydibromomethane or dry powder fire extinguishing agent, all of which are non-conductive. The
fire extinguishing agent of the foam fire extinguisher has conductive properties and can only be used
to extinguish open fires and cannot be used for live fire extinguishing. Live fire extinguishers should
keep a safe distance from live objects;

(5) When the fire is very large and it is difficult to put out the fire-fighting equipment by yourself, the fire
department should be notified immediately without delaying the timing.

(6) (3)When a fire occurs near the charging pile.

20th
(7) Quickly cut off the main power supply and stop using the charging equipment;

(8) Use the corresponding fire extinguisher to put out the fire source; (refer to the safety manual of each
unit for specific methods and methods)
