Cab overview
I. Assembly structure
D310 cab is equipped with side door beam, energy-absorbing steering column, all-metal bumper,
integrated alien crystal lamp, indoor large fluorescent lamp, non-independent cab suspension system,
channel-type instrument panel, sleeper reading lamp, front cover working lamp and high-power air
conditioner, etc. Front cover assembly, including strut mechanism and lock mechanism, is of turn-over
type, the central power distribution box, engine oil port, oil gage and clutch oil tank are fastened on the
outside of front baffle, with daily filling and maintenance work being implemented simply and
conveniently by turning up the front cover outside. The lifting and turn-over mechanism of cab, on basis
of absorbing advanced experience of home and aboard, is of independently developed new-generation
product with stable quality and property, and excellent cost performance. Meanwhile by adopting
turn-over structure, the turnover angle of cab could reach 55°(that is, could turn over the center of
gravity), by dint of that the service and inspection operation will be more convenient for driver. The lifting
system is characterized by low oil pressure, long service life and simple structure without wire-drawing
pawl.

II. Working principle of cab turnover mechanism

This product contains several kinds of configurations, such as manual single cylinder, manual double
cylinder, electric single cylinder, electric double cylinder and so on. The oil cylinder is of slave type, so
that the cab could be protected against additional acting force caused by oil cylinder during the running
course, and therefore the cab could be used reliably. The lifting system is characterized by low oil
pressure, long service life and simple structure without wire-drawing pawl.
The lifting operation shall be implemented at the left side of cab by operators, to guarantee the security.

2. Single-cylinder lifting system (left-set

III. Precautions for repair

1. The turn-over operation of cab should be carried out on the flat road.
2. No operation is allowed before the cab is not overturned into position.
3. The automobile door lock, characterized by multiple transmission mechanisms and complex structure,
is composed of lock body, control lever, swivel arm, internal & external handles, lock core and internal
lock knob, etc.
4. Disconnect the internal handrail and internal fender of door, and separately adjust the internal opening
handle base, internal opening bogie bracket, internal locking control lever bracket and the regulating nut
of external opening handle once internal opening, internal locking or external opening function does not
work. The function of door lock could be recovered by adjusting the position and opening travel of each
lever and part.
5. Anti-locking device is designed to avoid the door being locked due to the driver leaving the key inside
the vehicle, that is, the vehicle door must be locked by key, if lifting the internal lock knob and locking the
door compulsorily, the internal lock mechanism may be damaged.
6. Glue-coating bolt shall be adopted for bumper support, and the connecting portion between bumper
and support.
7. The meshing parts of front cover lock must be applied with butter or similar objects regularly, to
prevent the lock body from getting rusty and affecting normal service.
8. If the fitting clearance of front cover is not compact after assembling, it is allowed to adjust it by
loosening the connecting bolt between front cover and hinge.
9. Large surface differential (if has) between the front cover and front/back portion of exterior panel
should be adjusted by adjusting the lock pin of front cover.
The buffer block of front cover shall be adjusted so that it could touch corresponding boss of front cover
when being closed.
11. The door must be locked with key at the outside; it is prohibited to lock the door by placing internal
lock into the lock position and pressing down external opening button (for door closing).
