What You Need to Do

Next Please do the following steps:

Basic Information Collection:

Please provide a video demonstrating the issue

of the inverter not starting. This will help to clarify
the problem and serve as documentation for
customer complaints.

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Conduct a static test on the inverter to identify
any potential malfunctions. Utilize a multimeter in
diode mode to assess the positive and negative
terminals of the inverter's battery.

------Possible Results------

Battery input circuit on the inverter is normal: The

multimeter reading shows an increasing trend,
and after reversing the polarity, the reading
shows a decreasing trend. The main circuit of the
inverter is normal. Please follow other
troubleshooting steps to locate the problem.

Battery input circuit on the inverter is abnormal

(disconnected): Multimeter reading remains at 0,
or does not meet the normal conditions
mentioned above, indicating internal damage.

2. Eliminate the chance of inadequate battery

capacity for the inverter's demands. Ensure that a
1000W inverter is coupled with a battery of no
less than 100AH, a 2000W inverter necessitates
a minimum 200AH battery, and so forth.

------Possible Results------

Positive: Battery capacity does not meet the

inverter's requirements. Please expand the
capacity of the battery or battery pack.

Negative: Battery capacity meets the inverter's

requirements. Please try other steps.

3. Rule out the chance of insufficient battery

voltage. Following the connection of the inverter
and battery, employ a multimeter to gauge the
voltage on the inverter's input terminals.

------Possible Results------

Positive: Voltage on the inverter input terminals <

11V. The battery voltage does not meet the
conditions for inverter startup. Charge the battery.

Negative: Voltage on the inverter input terminals

> 11V. Battery is normal. Please try other steps.

4. Exclude the possibility of a blown circuit break

on the input side of the inverter. After connecting
the inverter and battery, use a multimeter to
measure the voltage on the inverter's input
terminals.

------Possible Results------

Positive: Voltage on the inverter input terminals =

0V. There is a break in the circuit between the
battery and the inverter, or a fuse is blown.
Ensure that the wiring is correctly connected.

Negative: Voltage on the inverter input terminals

≠ 0V. The circuit between the battery and the
inverter is normal. Please try other steps.
