REFLECTION IN THE REPORT OF HIRING GUIDELINES IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

To apply in the public school requires a thorough and indeed high caliber journey in my

application process. I experienced so much effort and patience in attaining who I am right now.

The report gave me so much knowledge on the different process, guidelines, policies and

systems in hiring in the public schools. Academic credentials, trainings, demonstration teaching and

interviews are processes in application.

It seems that the new trends of requirements become too hard for the new applicants as of

today since the ratings and score required is too high. It comes in to my mind that holding such a

degree and license does not guarantee a teacher his/her luck in public service but he/she must

excel in the competition nowadays.
