Subject: Earthquake Drill

Please be informed the conduct of First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous

Earthquake Drill will be on March 25, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.

All tenants are expected to participate in this activity. Please refer to the information
below for the guidelines.

PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW DURING EARTHQUAKE DRILL

1. A Siren will signal the start of the 888 industrial megacity drill.
2. The drill will last for thirty (30) minutes.
3. Everyone is expected to strictly observe and follow the rules listed below.

GENERAL RULES DURING THE EARTHQUAKE DRILL

DOs during the Earthquake Drill
Stop work once you hear the drill signal.
Do the dock, cover, and hold.
Clear all passageways and routes leadind to the exits.
Walk faster than the usual, but not run in proceeding to your designated evacuation area. ( See
attached list of buildings and the corresponding evacuation area.
Be alert and tactful in the following the evacuation procedures.
Take the drill seriously.
DON'T during the Earthquake Drill
Don't run. Walk fast Don't leave your line when moving out.
Don't lag behind unnecessarily. Don’t return for your belongings.
Don’t scream or make noise. Don't cause confussion.
Don't laugh or talk unncesessarily.
Don't hide in the comfort rooms or closets.
