Based on the photo your modem has TX&RX=Blue meaning it has Receive and Transmit,
Bun unable to sync to hub. Kindly try the following
1. Check BUC temperature warm or cold (touch with hand)
2. Unplug and re-plug TX cable (red color). make sure connector is OK, firmly
connect.
Clean the rust on the tx port and connector if any.
3. If still offline, try swapping TX and RX cable (red and black) but make sure you
swap both side

STEPS TAKEN AND RESULTS:


-ACU was on startup modem this morning. Rebooted the ACU.
-Remote modem was broken in ibuilder due to QOS doesn't allow to be added. recreate
the remote.
-ACU tracking with good AGC, modem TX=solid NET=Blinking.
-CW is visible, 1db is at -18. Increases initial pwr to -10 but no luck.

NEXT STEPS:
-waiting feedback from customer

Remote back online after probing power. However, TX power is above saturation
point.
1db was at -18dbm but tx power is around -10dbm to maintain the link.
It show BUC is soften and need replacement.

Don't worry about the top unit as the Newtec NBN service is not active yet.
The issue was due to port 49 for atlas-mcphee-sw01 and resolved remotely by our
team.

For troubleshooting related to Starlink, please refer below

1. Check your account dashboard for an overview of service status. Any alerts
related to your service or account will be displayed.
2. Check the power light on the power supply.
3. Visually inspect your installation to make sure the surface of the dish is free
of dirt, debris, and obstructions.
4. Check your cable connections from the dish to the power supply, and from the
power supply to the network equipment.
5. Verify any connected network equipment is powered on and operational.
6. If using a third-party router, try connecting a laptop directly to the Starlink
to verify connectivity.
7. Reach out to Speedcast Servicedesk.

Hi Henry,

Regarding WiFi calling, the feature should work by turning it onto your cellphone.

iPhone: Settings>Cellular>WiFi - Enable the Button


Android: Settings: Phone > Calls > WiFi Calling - Enable this Option.

While the other issue, the reason the apps are being translated into Dutch is due
to the Gateway you're landing on via the Starlink
which resides in the Netherlands.
