১. জাপান ফাউেশন ও জাপািনজ এেিস এর িনেদ শনা মাতােবক পরীাথেদর িনিলিখত ডেমস াতীত হেল েবশ করেত দওয়া
হেব না :-
* এডিমট কাড  এর কালার কিপ
* ল পাসেপাট  বা এনআইিড কাড  ।
২. পিল (Black medium-soft No.2 or HB), ইেরজার, শাপনার, কলম অবই সােথ আনেত হেব।
৩. মাবাইল ফান বা কান কার ইেলকিন িডভাইস সহ হেল েবশ করা যােব না।
৪. কান কার াগ িনেয় হেল েবশ করা যােবনা তেব এডিমট কাড , পাসেপাট  / এনআইিড কাড , পিল, কলম, ইেরজার ও শাপনার
নওয়ার জ  ফাইল এবং টাকা নওয়ার পাস  নওয়া যােব।
৫. পরীাথেদরেক ৮.৩০ টার এর মে পরীা কে উপিত থাকেত হেব এবং ৯.০০ টার মে িনধ ািরত হেল/েম উপিত থাকেত
হেব।
৬. ১০.০০ টা থেক পরীা  হেব। পরীা র ১০ িমিনট পর পরীার হেল েবশ করা যােব না।
৭. OMR শীট এর িত পাতায় রিজেশন নং, নাম ও জ তািরখ িনলভােব পিল িদেয় িলখেত হেব এবং সকভােব পিল িদেয়
 ভরাট করেত হেব।
৮. পরীার OMR Sheet এ দয়া ার এবং এডিমট Card এর ার ব একই হেত হেব।
৯. পরীার হেল কউ অসপায় অবলন করেল পিরদশক পরীাথেক সােথ সােথ হল থেক বিহার করেত পারেব।
