How to claim:
Cashless:
Approach any of the Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals for complete cashless facility.
The hospital will verify your details and send the duly filled pre-authorization form to Bajaj Allianz General
Insurance Company - Health Administration Team (BAGIC-HAT).
BAGIC HAT team will duly verify the details of the pre-authorization request with the policy benefits and intimate
their decision to the healthcare provider.
Available only for policies with Cashless as claim type mentioned in T&Cs.
Reimbursement:
Collect all hospitalization related documents and submit them, in original, to BAGIC HAT.
BAGIC HAT will carry out a customary verification of the required documents and if found permissible within the
policy's purview, the payment will be released via ECS within 7 working days.
