Accused Sonu, Sandeep son of Prithvi Sandeep son of
Radhe Krishan, Sandeep @ Babbar son of Ram nath,
Sukhwinder @ Sukh and Gurpreet@ B haji are in judicial
custody with Sh.Sanjeev Jain, Advocate

Accused produced before me in custody. Vakalatnama on behalf of

complainant filed. Arguments on charge heard. Upon finding a prima facie case under

sections 148, 341,302 read with section 149 IPC except accused Sukhwinder and section

25 of Arms Act against accused Gurpreet and Sandeep son of Prithvi and section 120-B

and read with section 302 of IPC against only accused Sukhwinder was made out against

the accused. The accused were chargesheeted to which they pleaded not guilty and

claimed trial. Now to come upon 7.7.2017 for prosecution evidence. PWs be

summoned for date fixed. Till then accused be kept in custody and produced on date

fixed.
