provided by Evotel for the roll out of Evotel’s Fibre infrastructure within the above mentioned Estate/Complex.

I understand the proposed route/s provided by Evotel in order to provision Fibre to all units of the Estate/Complex. I acknow ledge that there may be
variants/changes to the proposed plans once build has started. However this will be communicated/relayed to myself before any changes have been
made. I have informed all tenants as well as all other relative parties effected by the installation eg. Board of trustees & Investors of the installation and
all parties are in agreement for the commencement of Evotels Fibre Optic Network to be installed within the above mentioned E state/Complex.
