CONTRACT ADDENDUM 2024

CONTRACT ADDENDUM
- This Contract Addendum (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is entered into on 1 March 2024 (the
“Effective Date”), by and between Blair Atholl Pre-primary school, with an address of Plot 90, Farm Lindley;
cnr R521 & Kromdraai (hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”)
- and ______________________with an address of ____________________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
- Whereas, the Parties declare that this is the first amendment to the agreement.
BACKGROUND
The Parties entered into an agreement dated___________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Original
Agreement” for the following purposes:
1. 2024 Salary increase of 6.1% effective March 2024
2. Rent increase to cottage with R12.50 effective March 2024
AMENDMENTS
Whereas, the Parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows:

OTHER CHANGES
- The Parties agree that other than the aforementioned changes present under “Amendments” in this Contract,
all of the clauses and/or articles of the Original Agreement will remain unchanged and fully binding.
