1.Construction preparation 施工准备
1) Construction personnel and machinery and equipment to meet the needs of the
construction.

5) The access road and work platform have been built.

2.1 Setting out 测量放样
Surveyor shall set out the side line and level of wall and counterfort according to

the drawings, and mark effectively.
由测量工程师根据图纸放出台身、肋板边线和标高,并进行有效的标识。
2.2 Contact surface chisel 接触面凿毛
According to the side line which confirmed by the surveyor, use jack hammer or
others tools to chiseling at the touching face between wall, counterfort and bearing
platform.
根据测量放样确定出的边线,用风镐或其他工具对台身、肋板与承台的接触
面进行凿毛处理。
2.3 Wall and counterfort rebar 台身、肋板钢筋绑扎
All reinforcement shall be processed in fabrication area, transported by flatbed
truck to the construction site for banding.
Make the embedded steel cleaning, renovation into a designed shape. At the
same time, erection of steel pipe support on the both side of the counterfort and
outside of the wall, as the operating platform to help the construction. (As follows:
picture 1)
Bars shall be lapped. Splices shall be staggered as far as possible and with a
minimum separation of not less than forty (40) times bar diameters. Not more than
one third (1/3)of the bars may be spliced in the same cross-section, except where
shown on the drawings. Unless otherwise shown on the Drawings, bars shall be
lapped with a minimum overlap of forty (40) times the bar diameter. In lapped splices,
the bars shall be placed in contact and wired together. Lapped splices will not be
permitted at locations where the concrete section is insufficient to provide a
minimum clear distance of one bar diameter or one and one third (1-1/3) the
maximum size of coarse aggregate between the splice and the nearest adjacent bar.
Bars shall be tied at all intersections with 16 gauge black annealed wire. The
minimum covering, measured from the surface of the concrete to the face of any
reinforcement bar shall, unless otherwise shown on the Drawings or directed by the
Engineer, be not less than 5 cm.The same grade of mortar blocks is used to ensure the
reinforced protective layer thickness.

钢筋在钢筋加工场进行加工制作,通过平板车运至现场进行绑扎施工。
将预埋钢筋清理、整修成设计形状。同时,在肋板两侧和台身外侧搭设钢管
支架,作为台身、肋板施工的操作平台,方便肋板、台身施工。
(如下图:图 1)
钢筋采用搭接连接,拼接时,应尽量保持钢筋之间相互错开,最小间隙不少
于钢筋直径的 40(四十)倍。除非图纸明确指出,否则在同一横截面中可以拼
接的钢筋数量不得超过三分之一(1/3)。除非图纸另有规定,钢筋的最小搭接量
应是钢筋直径的 40(四十)倍。在搭接头,钢筋应相互接触且绑扎在一起。在
混凝土截面不足以使搭接头和相邻最近钢筋之间最小净距达到钢筋直径的一倍
或者粗骨料最大粒度的一又三分之一(1-1/3)处,不允许设置搭接头。采用 16
号黑退火钢丝将钢筋绑扎起来。除非图纸另有规定或工程师另有指示,最小保护
层(从混凝土表面到任何钢筋表面)应不少于 5cm。采用同标号的砂浆垫块保证
钢筋保护层厚度。
2.4 Wall and counterfort form installation 台身、肋板模板安装
Wall and the counterfor used steel form. They should have sufficient strength,
rigidity and flatness. Brush the release agent equably inside of form before used. The
joints of forms shall be sealed to prevent leakage of concrete by using double-sided
adhesive or sponge material.
In order to ensure the stability of the concrete, reinforcement of the template
inside and outside. Use φ12 pull rod, vertical spacing of 0.6m, horizontal spacing is
0.6m. Rod through the plastic pipe φ16 in the middle. After stripping, pull rod can be
pulled out from the plastic tube, and The plastic tube space with cement mortar. Using
phi 48 steel pipe from the outside to support the template, The steel tube can not
contact with the pull rod.(As follows: Figure 2、Figure 3)
After complete template installation, should check the template, the top surface
elevation, the axis of the position space within the template size and verticality.
台身、肋板模板采用成块钢模板,模板应具有足够的强度、刚度和表面平整
度,拼装前应涂刷脱模剂,拼装时应接缝严密,用双面胶或泡沫胶进行填缝,保
证浇筑混凝土时不漏浆。
模板采用内拉、外承的方式进行加固,确保浇筑混凝土时的稳定性。内拉使

用φ 12 对拉螺杆,约每 0.6m 布置一层,水平间距约 0.6m。拉杆外套φ 16 塑料
管,模板拆除后拔出,水泥砂浆填补孔洞。外承使用φ 48 钢管进行支撑,应与
对拉螺杆错位支撑。

模板安装完毕,应检查模板的轴线位置、顶面高程、模内尺寸和垂直度。

2.5 Wall and counterfort concrete pouring 台身、肋板混凝土浇筑


Concrete mixing in mixing station, Truck concrete to the site. The casting with
the car pump, car pump before use should be approved by the employer
representative.
When work in hot weather ,the following may be used to keep the temperature of

concrete below the above limitations:

1) Chilling of concrete water by addition of broken ice, provided that the water shall

be free from ice at the time of entry into the mixer.

2) Cooling of coarse aggregate by watering, provided that the water content of the

aggregate so cooled shall be in accordance with the mix design.

3) Stockpile with shade and wind protection.

4) Night work

Should be layered continuous casting of concrete, thickness of layered 30 cm,


free-fall height shall not be more than 1.5 m. Using plug-in vibrating rod vibration,
vibration rods should be fast slow pull, mobile distance is less than the radius of
action 2 times, insert the lower the depth of the concrete for 5 ~ 10 ㎝, and each layer
shall be in the first initial setting before pouring and vibrating. Vibrating rod in every
position of duration generally no longer lies in the concrete vibrating sinking, no
significant bubble up and began to emerge, cement should not be commonly more
than 30 s, avoid excessive vibration.
混凝土采用拌合站集中拌合,罐车运至现场,通过汽车泵进行浇筑,汽车泵
使用前应经业主代表批准。
在热天施工采取的措施如下:
1)通过使用加入碎冰来冷却混凝土水,但是在加入搅拌机时,水中不得含
有冰;
2)通过浇水冷却粗骨料,但是通过此方法冷却的骨料含水量应当符合配合
比要求;
3)料仓搭遮阳棚,
4)选择较适宜的气温浇筑混凝土,尽量避开炎热天气,采取夜间浇筑。
混凝土应分层连续浇筑,分层厚度 30cm,自由下落高度不得超过 1.5m,控制
浇筑速度,速度不宜过快。使用插入式振捣棒进行振捣,振捣棒应快插慢拔,移
动间距不超过其作用半径的 2 倍,插入下层混凝土的深度为 5~10 ㎝,且每层应
当在前一层初凝之前浇筑并振捣。振捣棒在每一个位置中振捣延续时间一般掌握
在混凝土不再下沉、无显著气泡上升、开始浮现水泥浆为止,一般不宜超过 30s,
避免过振。
2.6 Concrete maintenance and template demolition 混凝土养护与模板拆除

混凝土浇筑后进行洒水覆盖养护,养护时间不少于 7 天。
在混凝土强度能保证其表面和棱角不因拆除模板而受损坏后,拆除模板。应
同时满足拆除模板所需最短时间不少于 24 小时。使用汽车吊拆除模板时,应避
免碰撞混凝土,以免破坏混凝土外观。
2.7The abutment cap beam construction 台帽施工
The abutment cap beam steel in steel factories are processed and shipped by
truck to the construction site, mobile crane with artificial binding to shape. Should be
paid attention to during the process of steel binding reserve ear wall、back wall and
bearing pads embedded tendons, and ensure the accurate position.
Use steel form, strengthening way: On both sides of the template with phi 12 mm
to pull the screw to pull, in the bottom of the abutment cap beam is supported with the
φ48 mm steel pipe.
台帽钢筋在钢筋加工场加工制作,通过运输车运至施工现场,汽车吊配合人
工绑扎成型。钢筋绑扎过程中应注意预留耳墙、背墙、支座垫石预埋筋,并确保
位置准确。
模板采用钢模板,加固方式为:在模板两侧采用 φ12mm 对拉螺杆进行对拉,
在台帽底部采用 φ48mm 钢管进行支撑加固。
2.8 The wing wall and back wall construction 耳墙、背墙施工
Wing wall and back wall template using steel template, strengthening way: On
both sides of the template with phi 12 mm to pull the screw to pull, in the bottom of
the abutment cap beam is supported with the φ48 mm steel pipe.
耳墙、背墙模板采用钢模板,加固方式为:在模板两侧采用 φ12mm 对拉螺
杆进行对拉,在耳墙底部采用 φ48mm 钢管进行支撑加固。
2.9 Concrete and soil contact surface treatment 混凝土与泥土接触面处理
All faces of concrete in abutments and wing walls in contact with soil shall be
damp proofed with two layers of bituminous material as per NHA GENERAL

SPECIFICATION.
根据 NHA 一般规范,与泥土接触的桥台和翼墙的混凝土面需涂两层沥青材
料进行防水处理。

This section have four counterfort abutment, and intends to input 1 work teams.
The construction start time is 1th, May 2017; the construction completion time is 1th,
July, 2017
本标段共有扶壁式桥台 4 个,拟投入 1 个作业班组,施工开始时间:2017.5.1,
施工结束时间为 2017.7.1。
