Greetings of peace and safety!

Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation as a senior High School faculty
member here at Arellano University- Jose Abad Santos Campus.

I greatly appreciate the opportunities that this school has provided me, especially the Senior
High School department of Arellano University- Jose Abad Santos Campus and Topserve
Service Solutions, Incorporated. I have decided to return to school to earn my Master’s in
Education. I truly enjoyed my tenure at Arellano University- Jose Abad Santos Campus.
Teaching my subject matter every day has been an absolute joy. Likewise, it has been
incredibly rewarding to watch students learn and develop quickly. In line with this, I would like
to request a copy of my certificate of employment. I promise to fulfill my 30 days of rendering
service to our department after my resignation.

This resignation is effective today, April 13, 2023 to May 12, 2023. Thank you again and I
wish you and the university all the best in the future. If I can be of any assistance during the
