Dear Dr. Faller,

The Leyte Normal University Entrep Association will be holding a Feeding program entitled
"Kumain nang Wasto at Maging Aktibo, Push Natin to!" in the Panalaron Central School,
which will be held on May 15, 2023. With this, our group will be feeding 280 elementary
students, ages 7-12 years old for the said program. The children should be accompanied by
our organization or by their parents; we will leave the decision to your office.
The team that will be going to Panalaron Central School is requesting a Budget for the Meals
and Snacks and the use of LNU Vehicle on the said date.
Meals for 20 persons at P80.00 pesos each -- P1,600.00
Snacks at P30.00 each -- P600.00
Total -- P2,200.00
