We are the STEM students of Lemery Senior High School and currently conducting a
scientific study about “EFFECTIVENESS OF AS-IS (Leucocyke capitellata) AS NATIVE
CHICKEN FEED ADDITIVE” as part of our requirements in Inquiries, Investigation and
Immersion subject.
In connection with this, we are humbly asking for your permission to allow us to borrow the
blender and lab gown from our school laboratory. This will be a great help in the
preparation of experimental set-ups in our research study.
We assure you that our group will take full responsibility and will be accountable for the
materials that will be borrowed from the school laboratory.
