TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The proposed Photo booth aims to provide a fun and memorable experience for
event attendees. By offering a dedicated space for capturing moments, the
Photo booth will enhance the overall event atmosphere and create lasting
memories for participants. With the increasing popularity of social media and
RATIONALE the desire for shareable content, the Photo booth will allow guests to instantly
capture and share their photos, promoting engagement and interaction. Overall,
the Photo booth will add value to events by offering a fun and interactive
activity that enhances guest experience and creates a buzz-worthy element.”

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Photo booth project aims to provide event attendees with a fun and
AND MECHANICS interactive activity that enhances their overall experience. The Photo booth will
be set up at the event venue, offering a dedicated space for capturing
memorable moments. With the help of the AP Club officers, attendees will have
the opportunity to have their photos taken and printed. The project offers
convenience and flexibility by allowing customers to choose whether they want
to claim their printed photos directly from the booth or have them delivered for
a small additional fee.

1. Visitors will be required to pay a nominal fee of 15 pesos to avail of the


Photo booth service.
2. The AP Club officers will be responsible for taking the photos of the
customers and printing them.
3. Customers will have the option to choose whether they want to claim their
printed photos directly from the booth or have them delivered.
4. For customers who choose delivery, an additional fee of 5 pesos will be
added to cover the cost of delivery.
5. The AP Club staff will collect the necessary details from customers who opt
for delivery, such as their contact information and preferred delivery address.
6. The printed photos will be carefully packaged and delivered to the customers
within a specified timeframe.

The expected output of the Photo booth project is to provide event attendees
with a fun and memorable experience, capturing their special moments and
EXPECTED OUTPUT creating lasting memories. The project aims to deliver high-quality printed
AND PROJECT photos that customers can cherish and share with others. Additionally, the
option for photo delivery provides convenience and flexibility for customers
who prefer to have their photos brought to their location.
