invited to the Older passed, dated 02 11 2023, by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
Association foi Demociatic Refoims Vs Union of Indian, (Writ Petition(s) (Civil) No(s)
880/2017 As you may be awaie, the Hon'ble Supieme Court has directed that all political
parties should give particulars of Electoral Bonds, received by them till 30 09 2023, m sealed
cover, to the Election Commission of India, containing particulars as directed m Hon' ble
Supreme Court's interim older dated 12 04 2019 in the same case (Write petition civil no
333 of2015 with 880 of2017, 59 of2018 and 434 of2018)

That the party has not received any donation by way of Electoral Bonds.
since the inception of the Electoial Bond Scheme, by way of Electoral Bonds till 30 09 2023
