Whereas the above named parties have decided to form an ASSOCIATION OF
PERSONS (AOP) with effect from _____day of ______20___ for the purpose
of protecting and regulating the interest of the allottees of ‘Xrbia Vangani’
Project having address at Khadyachapada, Karjat, Raigarh, 410201;

AND Whereas it is necessary to reduce into writing the terms and conditions
for the above AOP known as ‘Xrbia Vangani Flat Buyer’s Association’
We the parties aforesaid do hereby of our freewill and consent agree to confirm
as under:

1. That the parties mentioned above are the buyers in the aforesaid Project namely
‘Xrbia Vangani’ through an agreement to sale.

2. That the above-named parties has decided to form AOP known as ‘Xrbia
Vangani Flat Buyer’s Association’ for the purpose of safeguarding the interest
of the allottees, monitoring the ‘Xrbia Vangani’ Project, providing information
and communicating with the allottees as and when required and taking legal
action in case of default by the Promoter.

3. The AOP shall conduct the business of the association as agreed upon in the
name of ‘Xrbia Vangani Flat Buyer’s Association’. The business activities may
be extended to other transactions with the mutual consent of the parties.

4. That the financial year of the association shall be from 1 st April to 31st March
every year.

5. The duration of the AOP shall cease to exist at will.

6. That all the parties of the Association have a right to look after day-to-day
activities and work of the business.
7. That all the parties have an authority to look after and manage the business of
the AOP fruitfully in the interest of the AOP, to sign any document, to enter
into any business contracts and so other activities which is required for smooth
running of the AOP with the greatest interest of the business activities carried
over by the said ‘_________________’.

8. That all or any of the parties shall sign any agreement, document, etc. as and
when required on behalf of the AOP.

9. That in the event of any gains/losses by the AOP shall be borned/distributed


among the members.
