    1. The service/s included in this project is a 3D DESIGN of a TUYO DRYING MACHINE ONLY.

    2. This document contains the ISOMETRIC VIEW and other views.

    3. The DIGITAL DESIGN DIMENSIONS are only based on the perspectives and proportion to the function

    of the machine assembly with regards to the GIVEN DATA OF THE CLIENT/S.

    4. The client/s will only receive a copy of the ASSEMBLED PART DOCUMENT of the 3D Design created

    in SOLIDWORKS 2022 software.

    5. ANY OTHER SERVICES APART FROM WHAT IS AGREED UPON will only be executed depending

    on further negotiations.

    6. Upon receiving the product/s, design/s, and other services provided by 3DTECH INNOVATION

    CENTER, the company is no longer liable for any damage or errors resulting from the client’s

    mishandling and other actions that may be proven irresponsible and damaging to the said service.

    7. ALL NEGOTIATIONS AND AGREEMENTS formed between the CLIENT and 3DTECH INNOVATION

    CENTER are protected pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of

    2012 of the Republic of the Philippines.
